RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

In accordance with European legislation, individual customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval from the seller.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the product must be returned:

  • in its original condition

  • unused

  • in its original packaging

  • properly protected for transport

Any product returned that does not meet these conditions may be refused.
