These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made:

  • during TikTok live sessions

  • following a live session

  • via the Shopify online store

  • or through direct contact with the seller

Acceptance of Terms

Any order placed on the online store or during a TikTok live session implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Products

Products are presented:

  • during TikTok live sessions

  • on the online store

The essential characteristics of the products are described at the time of presentation.

Products are offered subject to availability.

Slight variations may occur, particularly regarding:

  • color

  • texture

  • natural variations in stones or materials

Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€).

The applicable prices are those announced during the live session or displayed on the store at the time of the order.

VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Shipping – Europe

Products are shipped directly from China.

Delivery is available to all countries within the European Union.

Shipping Conditions by Country

France and Italy

Due to specific customs regulations in these countries, low-value parcels may be subject to additional charges.

For example, in France, a fee of approximately €2 per item may be applied to parcels valued under €150.

To avoid these additional charges, a minimum order amount of €150 is required for shipping to France and Italy.

Orders are generally shipped when the total amount reaches between €150 and €200.

Other European Union Countries

For other EU countries, the minimum order amount required to trigger shipment is set at €80.

Order Consolidation

Purchases made during TikTok live sessions may be combined to optimize shipping.

Items may be temporarily stored to allow customers to complete their order before shipment.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are provided for reference only.

Generally:

  • Processing time: 2 to 5 business days

  • Estimated delivery: 7 to 20 days

Delivery times begin from the date of shipment.

Payment

Payment must be made before shipment.

The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection laws, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for:

  • improper use of the product

  • delays caused by the carrier

  • force majeure events

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
